How long will my website build take?
Most therapist websites are completed within 2–4 weeks.
This depends on how quickly we receive your content — text, photos, logo, and any details you’d like included.
What do I need to provide?
You’ll provide:
Your logo (if you have one)
Photos of yourself or your space
Text/content for each page (About, Services, Contact, etc.)
We’ll guide you through what’s needed and can help tidy up your content if you’d like.
What is hosting?
Hosting is the secure online space where your website lives so people can find you on the internet.
There’s an annual hosting fee, which keeps your site live, secure, and regularly backed up. This is paid direcrly on a monthly basis to Register365.com.
We use Register365.com as our trusted hosting partner.
We’ll set up your own account with them so you retain full ownership and control of your website and professional email.
Their Irish and UK–based call centres are responsive and helpful with payment or technical queries.
What about my domain name?
Your domain name is your web address (for example: www.yourpractice.ie
).
We can help you register this through your Register365 account, or transfer your existing domain if you have one.
Domains typically cost around €20 per year to renew.
Can I update my site later?
Yes. You can contact us any time to add pages, edit text, or make design updates.
We also offer optional ongoing support if you’d prefer us to handle updates for you.

Why an assistance package?
Your website like any part of your practice will have to evolve as your services grow and change. The assistance packages allow you to get on with running your practice while I maintain and update your website. Keeping your website updated regularly not only satisfies Google and improves your organic ranking it allows your clients to have the most up-to-date information on your practice, informs them of changes and important announcements.

I offer three assistance packages. They include basic assistance which covers general troubleshooting, website health checks and and updates.
PICK+MIX
Our Pick + Mix Menu which allows you to choose different elements to update/change every month, this allows you to build your website and shape it as you like without having to constantly book developers or battle with learning web development yourself.
Starter Package
Two months of support for those new to the digital world — including general assistance, updates, troubleshooting, website health checks, and a one-to-one maintenance lesson.

Launch Package
Enjoy three months of hands-on support after launch — we’ll help with updates, edits, troubleshooting, health checks, and two personal one-hour lessons to guide you through maintaining your site.

Soar Package
Twelve months of tech support and ongoing assistance — with monthly website health checks, updates, tweaks, content changes, blog posts, and booking system checks.
